At Tjoppies, we deliver fresh, high-quality meat directly to your door on Fridays and Mondays to ensure every order arrives at it's best.
Delivery Days & Order Cut-Off Times
To allow us enough time to prepare your order, please place your order before the following cut-off times:
- Friday Delivery: Orders must be placed before 08:00 on Thursday.
- Monday Delivery: Orders must be placed before 08:00 on Friday.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within our designated delivery areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Fees
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order during the delivery window. If no one is available, we will contact you to arrange the best solution. Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Freshness Guarantee
All orders are carefully prepared, packed, and transported to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us before 10:00 on your chosen delivery date. Once your order has entered the preparation process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
